Affin Bank just released 3rd quarter result with EPS=10.82 sen.
YTD 3 quarters EPS = 30.63 sen
Dividend announced = 15 sen ( dividend policy of 50%)
Current Price = RM3.37, target price of RM4.16 (23% upside) based on DY of 5% IF the FY2012 EPS achieve 41.63 sen and expect another round of dividend of 5 sen.
Short term target range RM3.47-RM3.82.
